You're not staying right on the beach, but it is a short walk---and well worth it. Where can you find miles of expansive beach with clear blue, warm water, and you're the only one there? Just ask, and horses are brought to your step to enjoy a sunset ride or even an all-day trip through nature to the many surrounding secluded, private beaches.
The 1 Dream Getaway UNDISCOVERED BEACH RESORT offers a choice of accommodations. The Villas have full kitchens, so your companion can demonstrate her house keeping talents.
While the standard cabins (left below) save you money and allow you to go (by horseback?) to sample the local cuisines. For instance, the local bar/restaurant on the beach shown on the right below. This is the real Costa Rica.
