My names is Alan James Seaman, and I am the founder and owner of 1 DREAM GETAWAY, which has been successful for the last dozen years. Over those years we have had many memorable experiences with some fantastic people. The business has built us a fantastic home with a small plantation and given us a unique automobile. We intend to live out our years with both. We have become involved with several dog clinics and now take care of 28 dogs who have been abandoned or mistreated.
Ten years ago, our webmaster retired. Since then I have maintained the site using Microsoft Front Page. Now a large investment in computers and software is necessary---even if we wish to continue our Costa Rica News letter. The site itself is in need of a major modernization. May 19 marks my 65th birthday, and I intend to retire. We will hold a closed auction with the business going to the highest bidder on May 19, 2013.
We have yet to decide whether-or-not to place this notice on our website, but are initially making this offer to webmasters for two reasons:
1. You can take whatever commission you feel is fair, and our decision on May 19 will be based upon the net to us.
2. There is extensive web work and SEO to be done on the site, and this would be great for your business.
Over these years, we have resisted opportunities to grow --- even to the point of having large parties for celebrities. We have never taken on the burden of full-time employees—and have never done business in the Central Valley of Costa Rica ---by far the biggest market. We do, however, have contacts there who can pick up that part of the business---or you can move there yourself, as have three quarters of our population.

We would appreciate your response in the next five days as to your willingness to participate in this auction. Our hosting and Domain are paid (via Godaddy) through 2016. On May 19 we will select the winner and work as long as it takes to make a smooth, profitable transition.
